8 THINGS FOR 2013

As blogging as only just, as in yesterday, become a new art for me - I didn't get to share my 8 things for 2013. I suppose it should be thirteen things, as that would be metaphoric (would it?) and make more sense, but 8 things will do perfectly for me.

I'm really excited for this year, and what it will, hopefully have in store for me. I'm finally breaking out of high school in September and moving onto a place where I have to get a green bus to reach. Oh, and I can wear my own clothes. I would hashtag freedom but this isn't twitter and I don't hashtag much anyway. I know people find the whole, starting afresh term embarrassing and makes them want to drown themselves in a body of shark infested water - it annoys me a little; but I'm thinking that starting sixth form will be perfect for me and just what I need. I love new things and being stuck in one place for five years is really agonizing for me; even though I kind of started a new school this year. But...
that's just being technical.

what are your 8 or 13, if you are a metaphoric moose, goals for 2013?

WISHLIST #1

bowler hat - topshop// tapestry skirt - topshop// hazard lipstick - topshop// wooden heels - topshop// floral head crown - dolly bow bow// flower dress - topshop

Now and again, I like to ponder upon websites, such as Topshop, and Urban Outfitters and make a list as long as the great wall of China, of things I want but just cannot condure up the money to purchase. I'm sure I am not the only one. Topshop are fabulous aren't they? Unfortunately  they are also fabulous of making us realize that we can only re-glue our piggy banks a certain number of times after smashing it to buy things from their stylish shops. In this, so be it, wishlist, there isn't any Urban Outfitters; principally Topshop pieces. I just love Topshop.

Whats on your weekly wishlist?

FIRST POST

What a peculiar feeling, knowing that there is a possibility that in a country, other than England someone else shall be reading what I am transmitting out from my sofa on this freezing Saturday night. Hello, if you are.

I am Becky, a teenager who is actually from London, but for some reason my parents decided to retreat back to Liverpool, so I was deprived of my London upbringing from the age of 5. Apparently, I talk different to the usual "scouser". The Liverpool accent is horrendous, so I am pleased with this feature. I am fifteen years old and currently in my last year of high school. I cannot wait to start sixth form in September and begin to study English, Law, Psychology and Geography. I want to be a writer when I am older; or be doing something English-orientated. I also can't wait to move out of Liverpool and into somewhere new, and exciting. Oh, and when I am eighteen, the first thing I am going to do is apply for The Chase.

The careers teacher in my school suggested that blogging would be a step in the right direction, if I really wanted to be a writer in the future. Blogging will help be channel my love of fashion, photography and the written word into one chaotic, beautiful and not messy, mess. I also think blogging is a lovely thing, to be able to look back on this day in two years time, and cringe at my style or what I was saying, all the way back in 2013. p.s. 2013 sounds like a time on Phil of the Future, doesn't it?

I can't wait to start proper blogging!
